The Challenge
Designed for contemporary inner-city living, Signature brings together 118 one, two and three-bedroom residences within a large-scale mixed-use development. With a strong emphasis on quality, functionality and enduring design, the architectural hardware needed to complement the project’s refined interior palette while delivering the consistency, durability and performance required across a high-volume residential environment.
The Solution
Working with the project team, Entro developed a coordinated architectural hardware package aligned with the design intent for Signature. Hardware selections were carefully resolved across the apartments and shared spaces, creating consistency from door to door while responding to the differing functional and compliance requirements throughout the development. Close coordination across the package helped streamline specification and maintain a cohesive hardware language across the project.
The Outcome
The resulting hardware package forms a considered part of Signature’s wider architectural language, complementing the project’s refined interiors without competing with them.
